JP Marine Inc. supplies marine engines and related products, including outboard engines from brands such as Yamaha, Mercury, Honda, Johnson, Evinrude, and Tohatsu. All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are provided in good faith and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed with JP Marine Inc. are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Shipping restrictions or compliance issues

An order is only considered confirmed once full or agreed payment is received and an official confirmation is issued.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in the applicable currency as stated on invoices or quotations. Prices may change without prior notice.

Payment terms must be agreed upon before shipment. We accept various payment methods as communicated during the ordering process. Orders will not be processed until payment is cleared in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to shipping conditions, customs clearance, or other external factors beyond our control.

JP Marine Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or unforeseen events.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once goods are handed over to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Warranty

All outboard engines are covered by a manufacturer’s limited warranty. Warranty duration varies depending on the brand and model (typically between 1 to 5 years).

Warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse or improper installation
  • Lack of maintenance
  • Accidental damage
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear

Warranty claims must be supported with proof of purchase and product details.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only for eligible items in unused and original condition. Requests must be made within the specified return period.

Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Custom-ordered or used products are generally non-returnable.
